Rate:

Daily         25.00
Weekly     125.00    
Monthly = 225.00 + Electricity billed monthly at .15cent per Kw.   $75.00 deposit for the electricity.     
30/50 amp metered service pedastals.
Rates include water, sewer, and tash removal. 
Rates are based upon two people and two vehicles per RV. Additional person at an additional $60.00 per month.

All fees are payable in advance. Overdue rent is charged at $10.00 per day until paid in full. Additionally, we reserve the right to disconnect the utilities from the space with no further notice.

       No pets allowed.

 

Guidelines:

The RV must be in reasonable condition.

Not responsible for any damage from the mowers.

Quite time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am, loud music is not permitted.

No trailer or car washing allowed.

No use of personal washing machines.

Minors must be supervised at all times.

No tent camping at this time.

Please keep your area clean.
